"Hanami" in giapponese significa letteralmente "guardare fiori". Dall'epoca Edo in poi si riferisce nel caso specifico ai fiori di ciliegio i Sakura.

Questa Selezione di Giulielli non affronta questo tema in modo didascalico e neppure esclusivo.
Questa Selezione si immerge in atmosfere lontane (vissute o immaginate) e utilizza soprattutto il colore come principale fonte di narrazione.

Leggete i nomi dei pezzi. Leggeteli e immaginate.

Ecco dunque che il fiore è narrato attraverso un uso diffuso dei rosa e tramite il suo naturale percorso di fioritura e sfioritura.
Attraverso gli azzurri più accesi e brillanti vi racconto il suo stagliarsi contro il cielo in un'immagine di luminosa bellezza; con i celesti più tenui e volatili desidero raccontarvi il suo essere docilmente travolto dall'aria, il suo fluttuare nell'etere, fino ad incontrare l'acqua ed i toni intensi e bellissimi che la rappresentano.
Troverete tocchi di sole e di vento.
Troverete anche la notte e dovrete immaginare in che modo il colore subisce il cambio di luce. I rosa si spengono, diventano polverosi, quasi malva; subentrano i tocchi di rosso delle lanterne accese, la luce della luna e delle stelle che a volte riscalda e a volte, invece, è fredda e leggera.

Troverete anche altre suggestioni. Troverete la calma delle foreste di bamboo rappresentata da forme slanciate e sottili e da rassicuranti verdi polvere, abbinati al color marmo e all'argento.

Troverete la strada verso il tempio: un ritmico maestono susseguirsi di torii rossi (i portali che segnano l'ingresso ai luoghi sacri in Giappone) raccontati con una suddivisione grafica dei toni del rosso, del nero e dell'oro.

Troverete piccole deliziose passioni personali, come le Collane e gli Orecchini Origami e i pezzi ispirati ad alcuni personaggi dei film di Hayao Miyazaki, come Ponyo e Totoro.

Come sempre spero che questo mio modo di immaginare e "sentire" possa diventare un po' anche vostro. Spero che possiate vedere ciò che vedo io e riempirvi gli occhi di una dimensione magica e luminosa.

ENGLISH VERSION

"Hanami" in Japanese literally means "to look at flowers". From the Edo period onwards it refers specifically to cherry blossoms "Sakura".

This Selection of jewelry does not deal with this theme in a didactic or even exclusive way.
This Selection immerses itself in distant atmospheres (experienced or imagined) and above all uses color as the main source of narration.

Please, read the names of the pieces. Read them and imagine.

So, the flower is narrated through a widespread use of pink and through its natural path from flowering to withering.
Through the brightest and most brilliant blues I try to tell you about its silhouette against the sky in an image of luminous beauty; with the softer and more volatile celestial colours, I would like to tell you about its being meekly overwhelmed by the air, its floating in the ether, until it meets the water and the intense and beautiful tones that represent it.
You will find touches of sun and wind.
You will also find the night and you will have to thimk about how the color undergoes the change of light. The pinks fade, become dusty, almost mauve; the touches of red of the lit lanterns take over, the light of the moon and the stars that sometimes warms and sometimes, instead, is cold and light.

You will also find other suggestions. You will find the calm of the bamboo forests represented by slender and thin shapes and reassuring powder greens, combined with marble and silver.

You will find the road to the temple: a majestic rhythmic succession of red torii (the portals that mark the entrance to sacred places in Japan) narrated with a graphic subdivision of red, black and gold tones.

You will find small delightful personal passions, such as Origami Necklaces and Earrings and pieces inspired by some characters from Hayao Miyazaki's films, such as Ponyo and Totoro.

As always, I hope that my way of imagining and "feeling" can become a bit yours too. I hope you can see what I see and fill your eyes with a magical and luminous dimension.
